Our plant manufactures reinforced concrete columns in a range of cross-sections and heights, in accordance with the project’s design requirements. The columns are intended for industrial, commercial and storage buildings. Like all our products, the columns are manufactured at our plant under the strict supervision of our quality control system, transported safely to the construction site and erected on-site.
What Are the Advantages of Manufacturing Concrete Columns at the Plant?
Our plant’s quality control system enables us to inspect every stage in the production of concrete columns and all other products leaving the plant. Unlike on-site construction, where every stage of production cannot always be closely monitored and an error may result in a defective product, each stage of production at our plant undergoes meticulous inspection, both mechanically and by our quality control experts.
The inspection process begins with preparation of the mould, followed by the positioning of the reinforcing bars, supervision of the concrete casting and collection of concrete samples. Once the element is removed from the mould, it undergoes an external visual inspection for fractures and cracks. The results of the samples taken from the element are also monitored after 28 days. A product leaves our plant only after successfully passing all inspections.
What happens at the construction site while the columns are being manufactured at the plant? The remaining work continues on-site simultaneously. Once the columns are ready, they are delivered to the construction site and erected in position.
How Are the Columns Erected On-Site?
Our concrete columns are erected using one of three methods:
- Bolted installation.
- Welded installation.
- Installation of the columns in foundation sockets.

Our plant manufactures prefabricated sign support columns using advanced technology, with a high degree of precision and minimal installation time.
The sign support columns are made of reinforced concrete and manufactured according to the specifications included in each tender.
